Founder of TP Group, Tan Sri Datuk Paul Lim has vast experience
in construction and property development. He is currently
the Executive Chairman and Managing Director.
Tan Sri Datuk Paul, an entrepreneur and businessman, stirs at the helm of the TP Group. He brings to the Group more then 35 years of experience in property development and construction industry. Over the years under his leadership, the Group expanded its focus from construction into concession maintenance and property development.

Datuk Ismail Bin Awang Besar was appointed to the Board
on 18 March, 2005.
Datuk Ismail's roles in key trade and business track recod together with his commercial experience gained as a board member of public listing company, have made him to provide highly valued advice and support to the executive management team. He hold directorships in Suria Capital Holdings Berhad, a public-listed company, Sabah Development Bank and Sabah Finance Berhad. Currently, he is also the Chairman of Sabah Public Service Commission. Datuk Ismail oversee the corporate governor and policy strategy of the group business.
Datuk Ismail Bin Awang Besar obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in International studies from the University of Staffordshire, UK. He also holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Development Administration from the University of Birmingham, UK, and a Post-graduate Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Manchester, UK.

Datuk Ir. Peter Chu joined the Group in 1992 abd has been a
Director of the Group since 1998. He was appointed as
Chief Executive Officer of the Group in 2003.
A civil engineer, has 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction sector. Datuk Ir Peter has extensive experience in various infrastructure projects from inception to project financing and implementation. He plays a key role in Group's engineering and construction business.
Datuk Ir. Peter Chu holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Honors Degree from Kansas State University, USA. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia,the Institute of Malaysia, the Institute of Engineers Australia and American Society of Civil Engineers.

He joined the Group in 1987 and has held several senior managerial positions since. He was appointed as a Director/Project Director of the Group in 1994.
Datuk Tay Seng Chai has extensive knowledge of developing and managing the implementation of complex infrastructure projects. He also oversees the operations of the group’s infrastructure project ranging from highway to high risk bridge and others. A solid technical and keen acumen in construction and business savvy, he ensures that projects works are carried out with exceptional efficiency within given timelines as well as ensuring that optimal costing and resources are achieved.
Datuk Tay Seng Chai is a graduate of the Universiti Sains Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physic with 1StClass Honor and won Chancellor medal in his final year of university 1987.

Mr. Lim joined the Group in 1983. Prior joining the Group, he owned his own firm and has many years of experience in construction, building architecture and interior design. He has been an Executive Director of the Group since 1989.
He is responsible for the Group’s property investment. His skill and vast experience, having worked for the company for nearly 30 years across wide spectrum of businesses including construction projects, property investment, and trading, enable him to contribute significantly to the Group and to the Board.

Datuk Isaac Lim joined the Group as Financial Controller in 2005. He was appointed to the Board and as Chief FinancialOfficer of the Group in 2009.
As head of the finance, Datuk Isaac is responsible for overall financial management of the Group which include tax and corporate finance, budgetary control, and investment risk management.
Datuk Isaac obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and Master in Finance from the University of Western Australia. He is also a master graduate of Harvard University, with concentration in Finance and Management. He also holds an MBA from Imperial College London. He is currently a member of CPA Australia, the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia.

Dr Liddy was appointed to the Board on 30 September, 2008.
He commenced his career in education and having held positions as Chief Executive of Sabah Foundation’s College and has significant experience in dealing with both the private and public sector that enable him to contribute significantly to the Group’s business and to the Board in the area of joint venture projects with both private the government sector. Dr Liddy also oversees the corporate affair of the group.
Dr Liddy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education, Master of Science in Education and Doctor of Philosophy in Education from the Southern Illinois University at Carbonale, USA.

Ms Erica Lim Fui En was first appointed as the Special Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer in year 2009 and subsequently appointed as the Director in year 2012.
Ms Erica Lim is a young professional and she is set to instil her dynamism to drive the Group's business objectives. Ms Erica Lim now oversees the market development projects and the trading arms undertaken by the Group.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Japanese from University of Western Australia 2007. She further undertook an external program specializing in Japanese language in 2008 before returning Malaysia.
Ms Erica Lim is a young professional and she is set to instil her dynamism to drive the Group's business objectives. Ms Erica Lim now oversees the market development projects and the trading arms undertaken by the Group.
