Construction and Development
TP Group is a construction leader in the region. With over Billions worth of construction projects under its belt, the Group has developed an unrivalled array of world class capabilities in building and civil engineering. We are active in the design and construction of a range of major projects in the infrastructure including roads, bridges, mosques, schools, industrial and commercial premises, houses and residential blocks, agriculture park, water works including drainage and sewage, earth works including land reclamation and slopes.
The Group expanded into development industry in the early 21st century and amplified its presence by launching a RM300 Million high-class condominium project in 2012. Currently, the Group is actively pursuing development opportunities and look forward to significantly expanding this division in the near future.
Operation and Maintenance
Our Group has been providing operation and maintenance services for more than 15 years, with numerous major projects awarded to our name. We are one of the most experienced and prominent operators in the region. Our services include roads operation and maintenance, building maintenance, infrastructure maintenance and waste disposal.
Our vast experience and excellent delivery in operation and maintenance was endorsed by the State Government of Sabah when we were awarded concession for garbage within the east coast region of Sabah. The Group is also a road concessionaire awarded by the Federal Government for road maintenance in the State of Sabah and the Federal Territory of Labuan.
Manufacturing, Resources and Logistic
With 1 drum-mix asphaltic concrete plant and 10 state-of-the-art mobile drum-mix asphalt plants, the Group is one of the most renowned asphalt producers in the region. Since its establishment in 2006, we have produced more than Millions asphalt for the local builders and contractors. The Group also operates a quarry mine which supplies crusher run, chipping, ¾ aggregates and stone dust for the local consumption.
The Group also has one of the largest fleets in the region. We regularly assess and upgrade our plants, heavy machinery and vehicles with the latest technology. With the quality and quantity of our fleet, we are a major logistic service provider in the region who can provide unparalleled solutions with lower costs.
Trading and Investment
With over Millions worth of transaction since its inception, the trading division of our Group provides trading service on a wide range of products from building materials and machineries to office equipment and insurance. There are hundreds of brands in negotiation with us each year and the best quality will be chosen to represent the Group’s prestigious supply line.
The Group has also started investing its funds since early 2000 to provide a better return of capital and value enhancement. Depending on the global economic outlook, the investment portfolio of the Group will include property, fixed income assets, high yield equity and equity related securities, of both international and domestic markets.
