The Group is registered as one of the highest class contractors (CLASS A CONTRACTOR) with the Contractors Services Centre
(PKK), Ministry of Works Malaysia. We are also ranked as a top grade contractor (G7 CONTRACTOR) under the Construction
Industry Development Board of Malaysia (CIDB Malaysia), which allows unlimited project tendering capacity.
In 2012, the Public Works Department of Federal Territory of Labuan awarded our Group Company the prestigious “Best
Contractor Award (GOLD AWARD)”, endorsing the excellent quality of our project delivery.
Financial Strength
The Group’s strong financial base is a core element of our strategy. To date, the Group maintains paid-up capital of RM10
Million and over RM150 Million of retained earnings.
The financial strength is crucial as it allows us to pursue projects of high-level magnitude and deliver top quality works and
services. The Group’s policy of maintaining a high cash ratio also enables us to steer clear any contingency arises and
complete every project on time, thus minimising extra costs.
Given the strong liquidity, we are capable of providing working capital, funding bonds and guarantees and investing in new plant
and machinery on multiple fronts. With more than 200 mobile plants, heavy machinery and vehicles, the Group’s resources
include one of the largest fleets in the region.
In addition, having a strong financial position also allows us to drive growth and extend our range of capability through
acquisition of new businesses or exploration into new industries.
